Your application consists of a completed application, essay (pdf), evaluations from your teachers and guidance counselor, test scores, transcripts, a signed signature page (pdf), and a recent photo of you.

GSSM is doing its part to reduce paper and fuel use by accepting teacher and guidance counselor evaluations online.

These forms are optional.  The green online application link to your left allows teachers to safely and easily submit their evaluations online.  No envelopes, no postage!
